As part of the course, you will be asked to manage a project. It is worth 120 points toward your final grade. You will need to use Project Software. You can use Microsoft Excel, Libre, or your own organization’s project management software. Please follow the instructions listed below.

The following MS Word documents are required in your final project. They must be complete and accurate (realistic) in relation to your project.
The following are the associated Microsoft Excel work and templates. Additional guidance is found in your textbook resources (Links to an external site.).
Be sure to check the Calendar of Activities carefully for due dates on all assignments/papers, as some weeks may require completion of more than one module of work. The Quality Management Plan, the Risk Management Plan, and the Communications Plan are not assignments and are included as part of the final Course Project Book.
Turnitin®
Your written assignments should be original writing and include citations as described in the APA style guide. Turnitin® is an online tool that scans written assignments for signs of plagiarism and may be used to screen your assignment submissions. Course Project Book Resources
You should begin to review the information to assist you in completing the course project. Starting in Module 2, you will have assignments that will become components of your overall project. If you struggle on one of the assignments, you have the opportunity to learn from the assignment and submit a corrected version with your project book at the end of the course.
Submission
Compile all the documents into one file as a PDF. Select Submit Assignment in the upper right corner of the assignment. Select Choose File and select the file from your computer. Select Submit Assignment or the instructor will not get the file. You should see a confirmation that the file was submitted on a specific date and time.
Grading
The course project is worth 120 points. It is graded using the Project Book rubric.
