Research a process of your choosing within the public health, healthcare or human services sectors (this will need to be publicly available data since you will be doing a review of literature and other sources to clearly delineate the process). Compare known quality gaps or disparities related to the current process, with the best standards of care or service discussed in the current literature. 
1. Create a one-page current process flow map showing the process before improvement interventions or application of best practices. 
2. Then, create a one-page future process flow map showing how the process flow can be improved and/or use of best practices would change the process flow. 
3. Finally, summarize your findings in a 2-3-page, written SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendations). Include the following: 
Situation: Describe the current process/practices/standards and any known process quality gaps. Any quality gaps should be evident on your current process map. Background: Describe additional information relevant to making a decision on the recommendations to be provided, including (but not limited to) (1) the contributing factors to quality gaps, and (2) the impact of process quality gaps on patients and the organization. 
Assessment: Describe (1) interventions and best practices found in the literature, (2) their results, (3) implementation considerations, and (4) stakeholder impacts. 
Recommendations: Provide your recommendations for improvement. These recommendations should also be shown on your future process map. 
NOTE: ALL parts of this assignment should be in a single MS Word document 
Total submission should be 4-5 pages at a minimum, excluding cover and reference pages. ALL sections must draw in the experts! 
The SBAR should be informative, concise, and should be written in a professional manner, citing relevant resources to support your arguments
