Choose one disease/ diagnosis to discuss from the options of GI, GU, Renal or Bladder. You will define the disease (etiology), explain the pathophysiology basis of the disease, list the possible clinical manifestations, and citing at least 2 scholarly references, provide examples of evidence based treatment options. Pharmacological as well as non-pharmacological treatments should be discussed. Choose (1) drug and address the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics properties of this treatment.   2. Discuss Pathophysiological mechanisms of the disease/ diagnosis. Most disease states originate from cell injury, trauma, and death. What is happening at the cellular level of this disease/diagnosis process? (6 points)

  4. Identify one pharmacological and one non-pharmacological treatment option to treat your disease/ diagnosis. Remember to cite your references! (5 points)
