BIZ304 Business Consulting Project

Part A: 400 words minimum 

Part A: This is where you outline your personal contribution, the activities you will lead, and how you are working in collaboration with your team. You submit this part of the Assessment in the Discussion Forum area specifically for your group in Blackboard. 

You will outline your personal contribution and the activities you will lead as part of a team working on the consulting project. You need to clearly set out your individual inputs and how you are working in collaboration with your team. You should update the forum in an iterative way (not all at once) and the Learning Facilitator will be monitoring your progress.  Part A requires the group to complete new Project Role and Responsibilities and weekly team meeting minutes.

Task Instructions

• Regularly post your comments (identifying your specific contributions/roles to the project) to the group Discussion Forum in the Assessments section of Blackboard for your specific group as activities evolve.
• Be clear about your personal involvement
