I truly enjoyed Perspectives of Liberal Arts, which is a precursor towards my goal of obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. 

This course has taught me the importance of research, critical thinking, the differences and similarities of each lens, how they interact with each other, and the benefits of looking at one topic through multiple lenses.  By keeping an open mind, and considering all points of view, we can broaden our understanding.    

Sociology is a Liberal Art; I am certain my Lens Chart will come in very handy over the next 4 years. I look forward to expanding my knowledge by looking at Sociology through all the lenses.   One of my next 2 courses is "Perspectives in the Humanities", I am excited to apply what I have learned here in that next class.
