Need an expert IT person who is able to write Standard Operating Procedures for development of Memorandum of agreements between customers.   I need documented steps from the company's perspective on development of process to engage customers.  This would be a standard operating procedure for company employees.  The standard operating procedures should include information that

Provide customers an understanding of how the data is secured in our hosted environment

Provide information that can provide employees the ability to speak on the MOU process and the safeguards in place to ensure data is secure.

Process of how the MOUs are collected and proper is collected to start master data management process.

I specifically need Standard Operating Procedures written, not a standard paper.
