Use the DISC survey instrument and determine your communication styles.  After determining your style, reflect on how this affects the people with whom you work.  How would this play a role in collaborating with others at the school site? Where do you see areas where your style might be difficult with another one of the styles and what can you do to improve the communication. Specific examples are important in the paper.  The paper should be 3-5 pages.  You need to be sure to use the materials that were discussed this week to support your ideas.  You may also want to look at outside sources to add to the strength of your paper.  A reference list should be included for the paper and you need to use APA style for all aspect of the paper.
