Hi, I was trying to see the answers to the history questions but did not receive the answer to the 5th question

Hi, I was trying to see the answers to the history questions but did not receive the answer to the 5th question.  I thought I had chosen the one with 5 questions but I guess I did not.  I would like to have that as well please.  Thank you,
