Ice Breaker
Tell the rest of the of the class why you are taking this class, either you are business major and its a requirement or you taking this as an elective. Also respond to one person in the class, explaining to them why you think accounting is a fun subject (yes accounting is fun!)
This my little bio of myself:
It is nice to hear from most of you and also reading your interactions with each other. This is my own short little bio about myself;
I’m a full-time faculty member here at BHCC who joined the Business Department in Spring 2011 as an adjunct faculty before becoming a full time faculty in Fall of 2011. I’m also a BHCC alumina, graduated BHCC with my Associates in Finance and then did my bachelors in Finance at Suffolk University. I completed my MBA at Bentley University and then worked as a senior healthcare consultant for Xerox Services Company for three years before coming to back BHCC to teach. I ‘m very passionate about teaching and I hope everyone is going to enjoy learning during the semester!
Expert Solution
Hello professor Nyakurimwa and classmates. I am Ali, I have been at Bhcc for three semesters, and my major is Computer information System, concentrating on Computer Information Tech. I am taking this class because I interested in getting better on accounting. I am a small business owner, and self employee. I am running small transportation company. I would like to improve my business with better decision making skills based on exploring more Accounting financial skills. I had a hard time to track my numbers at the past a few times. I took my lessons, so I would like to take a better role in business learning more about accounting. I know it is very important to be good at running your numbers, and keeping financial records up to date in business. I would like to extend my business in the future. I took Accounting 1, It was not easy for me at first but I have learned a lot, as a result I completed the course successfully. I am hoping to be able to learn more on ACC 2.
