I have attached all the questions below, I need to answer all of them for the final portfolio in one of my class and I am not able to answer them all before the due date which is 11/30/2015. I can provide you all the texts that professor updated online, but there are some books I purchased in bookstore I am not able to provide you, but I am sure you can find free PDF if you Google it. More than half of the questions my sweet professor has provided either page numbers or paragraph numbers to us so I am sure it wouldn't take much time to find answers in these articles.
