What idea/skill/concept from this class has had the most power for you?  Do you think it will stick with you?  How will you use it?

The one thing that I will take away from this class is good listening skills. I have learned a lot in this class. The modules in this class helped me understand the importance of effective listening. Every assignment made me reflect on my life and experiences which made me a better communicator towards my family, friends, and most especially my boyfriend. My boyfriend and I were having communication problems and this class helped us understand what we were doing wrong. I am thankful I took this class. The material I have learned will stick with me forever and I will use it in my daily life.
