Answer-The difference between Steve and Tonya is that both of their fathers got into drugs or alcohol but Tonya new who her father was and Steve did not. Tonya lived wit her actual family and Steve lived in a foster care Tonya's father was an New York firefighter and he got into an motorcycle accident which took away his ability an lively hood , and caused him to turn into an alcohol & drug addiction.
