1. Study the existing 3 models for combined static and mode analysis of a tube and a block attached.

You model YOUR flag post with a top box (your design) resembling a wind power unit. You study and report (i) the 10 first eigenfrequencies and (ii) the maximum force at the wind power units head that will cause failure stress. Model the wind power unit (Block) with structural steel, Model the flag post as Acrylic plastic and modify E = 10GPa and p = 1550 kg/m3. The failure stress of the flag post is s = EÎ = 10GPa- 0.005 = 50MPa.

3. Improve (increase) failure load (force) and report the maximum force at failure stress by inserting one or two additional boundary conditions which simulates wire stiffeners at some selected height. Report for this best design of yours also the 10 first eigenfrequencies.
