The report's primary purpose is to develop student's skills and abilities (1) to identify problems during a portfolio's construction. (2) Able to analyse the issues of portfolio selection in a different country. (3) Able to propose some solution(s) to the construction and selection of portfolio management. 
A primary source of data (stock daily closing price) for the reports is Thompson Reuters Eikon/Datastream, available at the library. Alternatively, you can obtain data from Yahoo! Finance (https://finance.yahoo.com). 
The final version of the report (accounting for 30% of the final grade) must be electronically submitted (via eLeam) by 31 May 2021. 
Assume that you are a fund manager who manages your clients' portfolio. Each assignment should, at least: - 
1. Form three different portfolios of stocks that start on 26 April 2021. 1.1. A portfolio of 30 firms listed in the United State (US). 1.2. A portfolio of 30 firms listed in Malaysia (MY). 1.3. A portfolio of 30 firms listed in US and MY. 1.4. Clearly state the objective(s) of each portfolio (Item 1.1: 1.2: and 1.3). Provide reasons for selecting their respective constituent firms.". 
2. Discuss the problems of selection, construction and management of the portfolio in different countries. 
3. Evaluate the three portfolios' performance during the holding period 26 April 2021 to 21 May 2021 and make recommendations.
