Answer) Yes,I would like to be an entrepreneur,the reason being that it lets you create something of your own,it is akin to captain of your own ship,fact that it has lead to so many great things in the world further helps me to look towards entrepreneurship in a positive light,along with giving direction,entrepreneurship helps you plan your work life in your way,you are not limited to working on days and time decided by someone else,as an entrepreneur,you can choose and develop leaders which is another plus point,we have talked about innovation,developing leaders,flexibility,giving direction but another very important point is that there is no limit in terms of what you can achieve.Yes,one of family member is the owner,co-founder and CEO of luxury salon chain,the business has flourished over the years,person has developed as the leader of salon chain and has hired some great talents over the years,the said person has employed a lot of people,works hard but has a much flexible work schedule and is growing their business fast.I think what has made them successful is their right positioning along with and excellent culture and good team,over the years they have developed a reputation for luxury feel good brand and has gained a loyal following,they have never been stagnant,be in expansion or making changes in vendors/marketing initiatives,all these things have helped them to grow at a very good pace and at same time keep their reputation intact.
