Provide an example of an occupational emergency response plan for your company that includes the following:

1)Outline of the basic elements of an emergency response to an occupational incident related to your chosen company. Consider the following examples: chemical spills, machinery accident, or other occupational accidents.

2)Summary of the main components of a hazard evacuation plan for a workplace or work area based on the incident you identified.

3)Create a fictional diagram of the worksite if necessary.
