You have to decide what technology should be implemented in your department within the next five years. You can only afford onemajor new technology for your officers. Choose oneof the following technologies:

4)Updates to your information and data-collecting technology

5)Thermal Imaging

Address the following:

a)Describe the technology, including its uses andits purpose.  

b)Explain why you chose this technology, and explain the long-range benefits of this technology for your department?

c)Predict how this will help with law enforcement effectiveness in your department?
