Mr. Soft is a company in Amman that designs and builds software solutions, Mr. Soft recently hired you to conduct a feasibility study for a project that they recently acquired, and consult on the project management approach the company would follow in their recent project.

Think Business, are the newest clients to Mr. Soft, they asked for an Al based software that helps with sales numbers prediction and modelling.

1. Your first task is to show the product development team the purpose and importance of the preliminary work of any project, which is the feasibility study.

2. Then, summarize the components of the report that is built on the feasibility study, to give the development team an idea about what should be included in the report that will be presented to the management.

3. While you're preparing the feasibility study, evaluate the measurements that are being added to the feasibility study, and their effect on the decisions made upon the feasibility study.

4. There are different tools and frameworks to build Al models and integrate them with the software being created. You have to compare between these tools in order to be able to make further decisions on which tool is more suitable to the project, you need to show the project team, how these tools must be compared in the feasibility study.
