Hello I have high speed 10000 images of single or number of holes in liquid sheet

Hello I have high speed 10000 images of single or number of holes in liquid sheet. I want detect the single or multiple holes in series of liquid sheet images by finding out its area, centroid location, major and minor axis and then track these holes to get the information of hole growth. I am a student and beginner in python, I am requiring the python code which could solve my problem. For instance please find below attached series of images 1-15 showing growth of holes I want to detect these holes and find the growth rate of these holes for different cases
