Initial Post: Stakeholder engagement is an important part of evaluation design. Based on the readings, what aspect of stakeholder engagement do you see as the most challenging? Why? What are some strategies you might be able to use to overcome those challenges?

Now, review this article (https://www.journalofsubstanceabusetreatment.com/article/S0740-5472(14)00149-4/pdf) and discuss the stakeholders who were involved in the evaluation, including 1) who they are and the sector they represent (e.g. education, healthcare, public health, public safety, etc…), 2) what they bring to the discussions, and 3) what factors you’d need to consider in order to engage them in this process.
