We all buy products. We usually buy a product based on the features and benefits of the product. The features of a product are functional, and the benefits are the reason that a customer cares about a product.

For example, your phone has many features. The GPS feature provides the benefit of being able to find your way home and the video feature provides the benefit of creating or watching your favorite videos.

Describe a product that you have bought. What features and benefits of this product influenced your buying decision?
