Then, they will delegate who will do what and who will they report to. Who decides how much of the content library will be purchased versus created? If new content needs to be acquired, who will do it? If original content needs to be created, who will do it?

2.After decisions have been made and work assigned, management will be there to lead. They need to inspire and motivate employees to achieve the decided upon goals. Netflix original programming has been nominated for 117 Emmy Awards, winning 24. What needs to be done to continue creating content of that quality? How can employees be motivated to create the best programming or provide the best customer service?
