e-Portfolio Assignment: Marketing and Sustainability 

This week's e-Portfolio assignment is to identify how you will build sustainability for your program and market the program both to the intended target community and to partners in order to develop ongoing support.  

1. Find the "Marking and Sustainability" page in your e-Portfolio template (sub-page under "Program Plan").
2. Edit the page to include the following information: 
   1. A sustainability goal statement
   2. A summary of the sustainability cost - how much $ per year is needed? 
   3. A description of the environmental supports you either already know you have (in your community, organization, or health system) or the environmental supports you need to attract for long-term sustainability. 
   4. A description of how you will market your program, including: 
      1. To target community members (what type of outreach will you conduct to keep interest going and keep new participants to come to the program and hopefully benefit?) 
      2. To important organizational partners (what types of partnerships do you need to form in order to have a sustainable future, and how will you attract and maintain those partnerships?)
