ALIGNING HR STRATEGY WITH BUSINESS STRATEGY

Review the “Aligning Human Resources & Strategic Plans” article by John Righeimer along with the other background materials.

• Evaluate the author’s portrayal of HRM today.
• Analyze his recommendations to strengthen the link between HR strategy and organizational strategy.
• If you were presenting this paper to a group of company CEOs, what changes would you make? Why?
