For this Research Roundtable, you will locate and share some potential sources that you plan to use in exploring the existing literature on your topic

Statistics Aug 01, 2020

For this Research Roundtable, you will locate and share some potential sources that you plan to use in exploring the existing literature on your topic. These sources can be used in the upcoming Annotated Bibliography and Literature Review Assignments.

Your instructor will give you feedback about your Scholarly Sources in Module 2 Scholarly Sources for Your Research Topic assignment.

This is an opportunity to look at your research from a different point of view and share/discover new scholarly sources.

 Share & Discuss

For this activity you will:

  1. Share your Research Topic, Objective/Purpose, and/or Research Question(s).
  2. List one to two scholarly sources - such as specific books or journals - that you think will be valuable in researching your topic. Note: You will need a total of at least three sources for the following assignment.
  3. Discuss what led you to these sources.

Once you have shared theses elements in this discussion forum, explore what your classmates have shared. There may be ideas or sources you had not considered or found yourself. In turn, make suggestions to others about possible sources they may find helpful. This is a great opportunity to discuss, challenge, or question each other's research topics!

Post your initial response by the fourth day of the module week. Be sure to address all of the required elements listed thoroughly. All posts should be free of spelling and grammar mistakes.

Return at least once later in the module week to review two or more of your classmates' sources. Provide feedback to a classmate that has not received any. Once all classmates have received feedback, you may provide additional comments to others.
