For this assignment you are to answer one "simple" question and post your response in the discussion board:

QUESTION: IS CRM EFFECTIVE?

Apply the knowledge that you have learned in this course and formulate an educated analysis and response. A simple yes or no answer will not suffice. Do not simply conclude that because mishap rates are low, CRM must be effective. Attempt to differentiate between causation and correlation. Use any reference materials that you want, to include: the articles in this week's readings, material in previous modules, FAA accident data, and any other resources to help support your position. This should not be a major research effort, but rather an application of knowledge gained in this course.
