You have to use the conservation for energy. Kinetic and Rotational energy will be equal to potential energy.

which means that the greater PE or KE + PE (since they are equal) will tell you which one is higher.

When you set them equal to each other you will find that the mass cancels out.

In the end you should get from largest to smallest:

3. solid disk and solid Cylinder,

4. solid sphere.
