Welcome aboard. I hope you are settling in well. I am writing today to seek your support against the company's plan to outsource the development of a new client management system. When I first heard of the idea, I did not make much of it, I just thought people were joking. I am confused right now as the outsourcing idea seems to be taken very seriously. My team and I do have the knowledge and capabilities to develop this system internally. And who better to do so than ourselves, honestly? I can already anticipate a lot of resentment in the implementation stage if they choose to go with an external contractor.
