Ethics principle in many instances clashes with cost reduction initiative and sales targets by your organization

As business ethics says about to do benefience activity ,non malware activities and do fair activities which somewhere clashes in reducing the cost cutting activities and which heavily effect on acheiving sales target by the organisation through showng so many formalities and time constraints things which need to take approval from taking from top management .

as some times we get the business deals which are diffectly influence our sales target but that are not as per business ethcs or which violates the ethics so we should need to leave the oppourtunity .

eg. as from the time GST introduced we have to deal in purchasing and selling through a registered GST dealer otherwise we are doing against the law .
