Homework answers / question archive / This week we assembled components of sustainability, also known as "green" business practices
This week we assembled components of sustainability, also known as "green" business practices. Notice that some of these practices have been institutionalized by corporations. Some "greenwash." That is to say, efforts to reduce negative environmental impacts aren't always authentic or significant efforts.
Globally, are we practicing enough global green business practices? Given the breadth and depth of global environmental issues (one of our early lectures) do we need international regulatory action to institutionalize green business practices or should we wait for industries to self-regulate?
