What content communicates community wealth as more powerful than the power of organized labor, in respect to balance of the system of corporate capitalism?

Corporate Capitalism serves as the market structure where the dominance of many bureaucratic organizations exists. All the categories of labor get fallen under the control and regulation of these organizations.

Community wealth provides the measure of the autocratic rule, capacities and market power of the big corporate sector where organized labor serves the framework of union labor. The corporate organization runs more ahead of union labor. They have more capabilities and market power than union labor.

The Union Labor consists of the group of labor which is organized and they have the power to restrict their operations in lieu of the demanding more wages. Undoubtedly they can even pose strikes and lockouts in the work but the main thing is they cannot do it for a longer time. If the corporations do not get responded towards their demands, then they would have to come back on-site for production. So, here the corporate corporations have more power than organized labor.

Also, the union labor is hired by these organizations but these organizations are not hired by the union labor. As they are reluctant to do work on the wish of these organizations or else they would move to unorganized labor at the lower wages.
