Write a one page overview of your Final Paper topic that focuses on a human resource practice or issue. The paragraph should describe the topic and why it is important to human resource management. Your topic should be focused on a specific aspect or application of a human resource practice. For example, training and development are much too broad of a topic. An example of an acceptable training and development topic is the effectiveness of e-learning.  Support your topic paper with at least 2 supporting references from empirical studies. A cover page is required.
