Others believe that tight nit regulations actually enable the acts of big corporations who look out only for their personal interest. Is this statement true or false? Why? Explain, with an example.
This statement is true
Big corporations mainly do tasks that are more strived towards the personal interest levels. These corporations run behind the attainment of maximized profits. For attaining this, they do not do the tasks with the perspective of social welfare. For example, corporations produce goods and sell at larger prices. And those goods stay out of reach of consumers who possess a lower level of incomes. Therefore, the government establishes tightened regulations which bend more towards the welfare of societies.
