Shareholders are being invited to the Annual General meeting by notice to attend because there is an invitation of the Annual General meeting to the shareholders of the company because they are the owners of the company and there will be a notice which will be sent to the shareholders.

This notice can be in the form of various type of medium of communication which can include telephone number or registered fax or various other type of email as the authorities will be permitting to the jurisdiction of a particular country.

This will be depending upon the availability of the ancestors and the entitlement of the investors to participate in the meeting, and it will also involve the level of communication with the investors and the resolution which has been passed.
