What is sampling in animal science?
Sampling can refer to many different aspects of animal science, however in general it refers to the collection of sample data in order to perform a statistical analysis. The sampling can be testing of animal feed, feces, blood, or any number of other different aspects related to the animals. Sampling avoids the necessity of testing all of the animals individually, as a sufficiently large sample can provide information about the population as a whole.
