A manger would/should change the way that they interact with the employee based on the needs of that individual. This is to ensure that the individual has what is necessary to perform the work tasks, as well as to offer respect to the individual. For example, someone who needs a quiet place to work may be given by a manager a quieter office. This would increase efficiency dramatically, while also making the worker more likely to contribute to the organization.
