5. Disseminator- Potential useful information to colleagues is communicated.

6. Spokesperson- Under this role, the responsibility is to transmit information about your organization and its goals.

7. Entrepreneur- An entrepreneur controls and creates change within the organization.

8. Disturbance Handler- He helps in mediating disputes within the organization.

9. Resource allocator- This function involves allocating funding optimizing organizational resources.

10. Negotiator- A negotiator directs meaningful negotiations within the organization groups.
