1. Prepare the Context diagram for the information system.

2. Prepare the Level 0 DFD (Data Flow Diagram) for the above context diagram showing all the business processes identified above.
The Level 0 DFD is expected to have:
o All the major business processes (at least 4 expected)
o All the External Entities
o All the input and output data flows
o Minimum 2 Data stores

3. Prepare the Level 1 DFD of any one of the processes identified in the Level 0 DFD.
• Minimum 2 sub-processes expected.
• The diagram should be consistent with level 0 DFD.

4. Design an Input Form for the above-mentioned scenario following the guidelines of creating an Input Form. Also briefly explain the guidelines followed in creating the form.

5. Design an output Form for the above mentioned scenario following the guidelines of creating an output Form. Also briefly explain the guidelines followed in creating the form.
