You have just been appointed the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for a 300 bed acute care community hospital. The CEO requests you develop a Community Health Needs Assessment, but first wants you to prepare a not to exceed three (3) page document that will include the following components:

1. A recommended list of internal and external team members for this project.

2. An outline that will summarize what will be included in the CHNA final product.

3. A projected timeline for completing the project.

The Community Health Needs Assessment Assignment must not exceed three (3) pages, double-spaced.
