 An eportfolio that is professionally presented and demonstrates both your development throughout this module and achievement of the learning outcomes. You should use examples from your workplace and reflect on the benefits of this module to your professional development.

The eportfolio will include an analysis of the skills and knowledge you have used or gained; a reflective analysis of your contributions to practice; an outline of your personal development plan and a current copy of your CV.

It is important that all the required activities within the ePortfolio are completed and submitted in order to pass the coursework. Missing activities from the ePortfolio will result in a fail grade.

Provisional grades will be reviewed by an Internal Moderator and the External Examiner. Activity 1.3

Please create a front sheet which identifies the following:

Activity 2.2

Create a SWOT analysis on the service or staff team with whom you work. Think critically about what the strengths are within the service or team and what the weaknesses are. Then consider what opportunities there are to move forward and which threats could stop this from occurring.

Activity 6.3

Choose a situation or incident within your clinical practice to reflect upon.

You will need to use a reflective model and support your reflections with theory. You will also need to think about the points at which you need to write in the first and third person and the points at which you use the past and present tense within your work.

You may ask your colleagues and other members of your workplace for feedback to enhance your awareness of your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
