Economics and scarcity have a strong relationship. The economics is based on two basic problems in the economy which are Scarcity and Choice. The scarcity is the gap between the resources available and the resources needed in the economy. The basic economics tries to solve the problem of scarcity by allocating the resources in such a manner that the scarce resources are used in the economy optimally.
