In the Blacksmith & Poeppelman-Aptima (2013) article, multiple aspects of the changing workplace are addressed, from social media, virtual workplaces, assessment and selection, mobile devices, and sharing lessons.

For this discussion, you will chose one of these topics and do additional outside research. Using the Sheets & Belwalkar (2017) reading as a framework in terms of the role of technology and KSAs, discuss how you might make recommendations to a company in your chosen topic area. Based on your research, what changes do they need to make, what KSAs should they consider, and what steps would you include in their implementation plan?
