Describe a situation in which you formed an attitude toward a product or brand on the basis of personal influence

Personal influence is playing an important role in formation of opinion about a particular brand and product of that brand as I have a bad experience related to Amazon in India as I have ordered various items which were consistently found to be substandard in quality and the overall customer redressal grievances have also been very poor, so my personal opinion about the Amazon has been not that great and I personally avoid buying items from the Amazon because although they are offering various products at a lower cost but the after sales service has been very poor.

So I have been having a negative personal influence of Amazon and I personally avoid ordering anything online from Amazon.
