Each student should follow and achieve the following tasks:

Task 1 (10 marks):

1. Choose any business firm / organization. Explain through a precise example the differences in terms of decision making performed in a TPS and ESS of this firm. (5 marks)

2. Select any business process within this firm, describe it as a set of steps then fill the following table (flow, information, sender and receiver) (5 marks):
