Use the setting I have described for the intervention and just answer 1 and 2. I would suggest using solution-focused therapy but you can pick any modality you prefer. It does not need to be long but it does need to be concise and supported by literature.

Briefly describe the setting where the intervention/treatment plan was conducted.

The setting where this treatment plan was created is the home of a 32 year old female with a 10 year old son. The female has been subjected to domestic violence and has been in recovery from addiction for 17 months. The child is still in the home but the husband has left and they are planning on getting divorced. The home is slightly cluttered but overall is well maintained. The home contains all the necessities and is well stocked with food. After conducting a safety check the client has passed all the necessary criteria.
