For businesses looking to engage consumers, social networks have become an important pillar.

 

Increased social network engagement:

Over half of all human beings on earth are now using social media. Current figures reveal that in October 2020, 4.14 million individuals worldwide are using social networking sites, comprising 53 % of the global population.  

 

It would naturally be more beneficial and important to the target audience when provided content is personalized. Because of content personalization, they are more likely to interact with either name or brand. The phrase personalization means displaying relevant information on what network users know about a consumer/user. Studies say that because of personalized content, 56% of individuals experienced an improvement in engagement.

 

A network is a set of linked nodes. The social network is only a part of it. All the connected users in the social network can be called a node of the social network, it is like a single unique entity.

 

Significance of social graph:
