1. Organisation profile - Zoondia Software is founded in 2008 at Trivandrum Technopark, Kerala. Mr.Arun Sreedaran is the founder and still the CEO of the company. The company deals with developing software products for the clients inside and outside India. The firm later opened a branch in Calicut, Kerala.
2. Technology involved - Zoondia Software work with Android, IOS, and web platforms. They produce fabulous apps for mobiles and design dynamic websites for their clients. Around 100 members work together with different programming languages like Flutter, ReactJS, PHP etc.
3. Strategies - Zoondia Software uses several business strategies for growth. They make use of freshers into working. Good training is provided for freshers and makes them capable of work like a pro within a few months. Thus the company can save much money with reduced salary packages and quality members. Zodiac also does support for the firms outside India. In Qatar, they have a client supporting team. This makes easy communication between the company and its clients. The company can even improve the business scale by concentrating most on clients outside India and by assigning workers from India to outside.
