Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) :-

In shipping business at the time of delivery the seller take some responsibility like risk associated with delivery and fees charged for goods delivered the destination.It is called delivered duty paid.So DDE good for buyer and burden for seller.DDE include shipping cost , export duty or import duty, insurance and other expenses.

Free Alongside Ship (FAS) :-

In shipping business Free alongside ship means at the time of international trade the goods purchased to delivered for next vessel. ready for reloading.The freight paid the buyer's vessel at the port of shipment.The expenses and all risk are transfer at the time of goods placed by seller alongside the ship.

Delivered At Terminal (DAT) :-

In shipping business seller clear the goods for export and also they have all responsibility for goods are arrived at terminal of end destination.The cost and all responsibility in goods the buyer agreed in destination,not cleared in customs and unloaded have been made the buyer agreed the place of terminal.

Commercial Invoice (CI) :-

Commercial invoice is the legal document for customs . The customs duty are charged on the basis of commercial invoice.In shipping business commercial invoice included delivery data and amount charged for vessel.At the time of international transaction commercial invoice more important.It is the proof of sale and important document for ocean freight shipping.

Packing List (PL):-

Packing list ia document include detials of contents,weight,dimensions of each package.It is also important shipping document for international trade.It is created by seller and send to the goods located area for checking sented goods.The goods are corrected than packed and the list is sent along with to destination.
