Suppose that you completed an evaluation of that sexual assault program mentioned in the first chapter. Suppose that you did make a good effort and learned

 (a) that both male and female participants were clearer on the definitions of what is and what is not a sexual assault;

 (b) that at the follow-up only a few female participants were taking the precautions recommended in the program; and

 (c) that at the followup most men indicated that they thought most sexual assaults were the victims’ fault. What implications are suggested by these findings and how can you as the evaluator encourage utilization of your findings?
