What additional questions do you have as they relate to nursing informatics and the AACN essentials? I scored 31 in the AACN Essentials self-assessment. I think we are more familiar with informatics then we think we are. A main goal of nursing informatics is to use this data to support nurses, patients, and everyone else involved the healthcare system make the best decisions and achieve optimal health outcomes.
